In 2016 we developed a module in partnership with historian Associate Professor Nicholas Doumanis for the Greek Australian Archive—a collaboration between the University of New South Wales and the State Library of NSW. It was designed to capture a large collection of oral histories from first generation Greek migrants to Australia.

Audio files of interviews were collected on the device along with metadata about archive-quality recordings captured by external audio-visual equipment. In addition, metadata about the location, participant details and other validated field were captured in the records.

This enabled the efficient labelling of very large files following export from the server.
